Cosmox Expands AI Services to Support Sales and Customer Service Teams
In an interview with Noha Hashem from Cosmox during the Seamless Conference, she discussed the company’s AI services, which include AI employees who handle sales calls, respond to contacts, and manage time-consuming tasks.
Regarding their target customers, Noha explained that companies with sales or customer service teams are the primary beneficiaries of their services. Currently, Cosmox operates in the UAE, the USA, and Saudi Arabia, while offering services globally.
Speaking about their participation in Seamless, Noha highlighted that it was a valuable experience, allowing them to connect with new startups and gain insights into the technology ecosystem. They also had the opportunity to meet with several companies.
As for their future plans, Noha shared that their goal is to expand globally to help companies save time and effort, ultimately increasing their profits.
