The deal’s value has not been disclosed, but it is expected to contribute to transforming the education system in the region.

Baims focuses on providing recorded and customized lessons and courses for university students, while Orcas concentrates on delivering private individual lessons for school students. This acquisition forms an integrated platform serving students across all education levels, enabling it to tap into the education market estimated at around 100 billion USD in the region.
