Haytham Mahran, CEO of three60, highlighted the necessity for entrepreneurs and startups to understand market and customer needs by acquiring comprehensive information about potential clients, market size, the nature of services offered, and their geographical coverage.
Mahranexplained that technological advancements and the use of artificial intelligence have significantly supported the growth of these startups, even though there are potential risks of reduced human involvement in the workforce over the next decade and a half.
However, these technologies should be leveraged to achieve positive outcomes.
Meanwhile, Christian Sarkar, an entrepreneur and branding expert, stressed that startups must focus on how to connect with customers amidst advanced technologies and globalization, keeping abreast of the latest developments in tech-driven marketing to boost their operations and empower entrepreneurs.

She added that the psychological and emotional impact of branding on consumers cannot be overlooked, as it significantly contributes to boosting sales and generating profits.
