  • The network enabled investors and entrepreneurs to access the recorded introductory webinar via the Vessel platform

The Lebanese Angel Investor Network (LAIN) has officially opened for investor commitments following its formal launch earlier this week, marking strong early momentum and significant engagement from Lebanon’s startup and investment ecosystem.

The network said it has already secured commitments exceeding its initial target shortly after launch, reflecting growing investor interest in supporting Lebanese startups.

The launch event featured Kamal Shehadi, who presented the vision of MITAI Lebanon for transforming Lebanon into a “digital republic,” emphasizing the importance of strengthening the country’s innovation and technology investment landscape.

LAIN also provided access to a recorded webinar hosted on the Vessel platform, which introduced four early-stage investment opportunities representing the network’s first curated cohort of high-potential startups identified through its ecosystem and Lebanese diaspora connections.

The network aims to connect angel investors with promising startups in Lebanon and across the global Lebanese diaspora, supporting early-stage funding and accelerating the growth of high-potential ventures.

LAIN has officially opened for commitments and invites investors to complete their participation through its digital platform.
