Yalla Sponsor has announced its acquisition of the “Rooaatt ” platform, with both companies specializing in commercial and marketing sponsorship consultancy in Saudi Arabia.

Deal Details

The deal, according to a statement issued by the “Rooaatt ” platform on the social media site X, aims to expand comprehensive solutions for rights holders and brands alike, helping clients maximize the benefits of sponsorship opportunities.

“Rooaatt ” stated that the deal contributes to increasing support for innovation and providing advanced technological solutions that enhance the value of services offered and expand the impact of sponsorships in Saudi Arabia.

The platform added that since its establishment four years ago, “Rooaatt ” has aimed to be the bridge connecting sponsors and rights holders across various sectors, including events, sports clubs, competitions, content creators, and athletes.
