Saudi-based smart accommodation and hospitality platform Golden Host has secured an undisclosed Seed funding round led by Al Arab REIT Investment, which joined the company as its lead strategic investor.
The investment marks the beginning of Golden Host’s next growth phase, with the company planning to deploy the fresh capital to strengthen its operational and technology infrastructure while accelerating its expansion across the Saudi market. The move comes amid continued growth in the Kingdom’s tourism and hospitality sectors.
Founded in Riyadh in 2023, Golden Host offers a wide range of accommodation options for hourly, daily, and monthly rentals through a digital platform designed to provide a seamless and secure booking experience.
The funding round coincides with a comprehensive corporate restructuring that included the appointment of a new executive leadership team tasked with driving the company’s next stage of growth. The new management will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing products and services to meet evolving market demands.
As part of its expansion strategy, Golden Host plans to increase the number of properties listed on its platform while expanding into new business segments, including hotel services and tourist visa solutions, with the aim of offering customers an end-to-end travel experience from trip planning through completion.
The company is also investing in upgrading its financial and technology ecosystem by introducing new services, including a rapid settlement solution that enables partners to receive their payments in less than two hours, improving operational efficiency and strengthening trust across its partner network.
In addition, the new management has placed artificial intelligence at the core of the company’s development strategy, leveraging AI-powered technologies to automate operations and enhance the customer experience while keeping pace with the rapid transformation of the hospitality industry.
Golden Host believes the Seed round represents a significant milestone in its growth journey, providing the resources needed to scale its operations and expand its customer and partner base in the coming period.
