The Tarwiqa app aims to meet customers’ needs by allowing them to choose the services that suit them, making it easy for them to obtain the services they require smoothly and effortlessly.
Mina pointed out that Tarwiqa has partnered with the Techni Summit for three years, providing cleaning services during the event and beforehand. This partnership reflects Tarwiqa’s commitment to delivering high-quality services, as the team closely monitors the service with both customers and workers to ensure the highest quality standards. Mina emphasized the importance of trustworthiness as an essential trait that workers must possess, which enhances the trust between clients and the team.
The cost of Tarwiqa’s services starts at 315 Egyptian pounds, making it an attractive option for users. Mina clarified that their primary goal is to gain customer satisfaction rather than merely focusing on financial profit, as they strive to provide the best value for the services rendered. Currently, the app operates only in Alexandria, but there are plans to expand to Cairo within the next two months, indicating the sustainable growth the app is achieving.
