Carina: Women’s Clothing Delivered in 20 Minutes and Expanding in E-Commerce
Moussa Asfour, Deputy Chief Executive Officer ,Carina Wear, a company specializing in the production an marketing of women’s clothing, confirmed that the company heavily relies on e-commerce for product marketing.
This was stated during a special interview with “Entarabi” at the Seamless North Africa 2024 Conference and Exhibition, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo from September 2 to 3, 2024.
Asfour added that Carina is already collaborating with e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Amazon, and Rabbit to market its products and ensure delivery to customers within just 20 minutes of ordering, whether through its own website or the partner platforms.
According to Asfour , Carina focuses on essential women’s clothing rather than fashion items, and the company aims to innovate and develop new products in different sectors in the near future.
Asfour stated, “Carina has around 200 branches across Egyptian cities, in addition to branches in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and in Iraq and Kuwait.”
He added that Carina is keen to participate in major conferences like Seamless North Africa, attending most events both inside and outside Egypt, as well as in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, to stay updated with the latest trends, increase sales, and further rely on e-commerce to achieve these goals.
