Gamal Gaballah began by emphasizing that Elma7fza addresses multiple issues in the electronic payment sector. He said, “There are now more than 70 electronic payment companies in Egypt. When a merchant has two, three, or even four options, they find themselves having to install several payment devices in their shop.” He explained that these companies offer different services, forcing merchants to deal with multiple companies to get all the services they need. He added, “We have connected all these companies in one application, allowing the merchant to access all their services through a single application with the same commission, eliminating the need to work with multiple companies.”

Salary Transfers and Payments via Electronic Wallets

Gaballah also mentioned that the company provides salary transfer services for irregular workers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, either through electronic wallets or cards. He explained that the company offers integrated solutions for transferring money even to employees who do not have a card or electronic wallet, as funds can be transferred to an account within the application.

Support for Freelancers and Independent Workers

Gaballah confirmed that Elma7fza targets multiple groups, including freelancers and independent workers. He said, “We provide them with the ability to transfer part of their earnings from sponsored ads through the application to their electronic wallet, making it easier for them to manage their money.”

Growth and Expansion Plans

Regarding challenges and competition, Gaballah said, “We are not content with what we have achieved so far; we aspire to achieve more in the coming years.” He explained that the company invests in developing its own technology, reducing reliance on external developers. He added, “The largest part of our investments will go towards purchasing POS devices, system development, and team development.”

Gaballah explained that the company has managed to reduce its financial needs through strategic partnerships, such as its partnership with Tally, which helps reduce costs and accelerate growth. He added, “We aim to transform the company into an investor in the future thanks to increasing profits.”

Although the company has not invested much in advertising so far, Gaballah confirmed that Elma7fza relies heavily on relationships, referrals, and word-of-mouth marketing. He said, “We now have over 7,200 merchants using our services, and we aim to expand further in the future.”
