Genesys Opens New Office in Riyadh to Strengthen Its Presence in Saudi Arabia

This move reflects the company’s expanding investments in the Saudi market. The new Genesys office is located in the Home Offices complex in downtown Riyadh, a city known for its economic dynamism in the Middle East.

The Saudi market is witnessing significant developments in cloud and digital transformation, driven by the nation’s youth and technology experts, alongside a regional enthusiasm for digital transformation. Genesys’ new office will strengthen the company’s presence in the region and enable it to offer its advanced technologies to businesses of all sizes and sectors in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation.

The Genesys Cloud platform by Genesys stands out for delivering unique experiences to over 5,300 clients worldwide across diverse sectors like financial services, oil and gas, healthcare, and travel. In the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024 (August 1 to October 31, 2023), the Genesys Cloud platform achieved recurring annual revenues of approximately $1.3 billion, marking an increase of nearly 50% year-over-year. The remarkable performance in the Saudi market significantly contributed to this growth, with the platform’s revenues in the Kingdom increasing by over 90% year-over-year, while the Middle East and Africa region experienced a revenue increase of more than 75% on an annual basis.
