House Ventures , one of Saudi Arabia’s first licensed private startup incubators and accelerators, announced that its investment arm, Saudi Arabia’s Venture House Ventures Fund, has invested $500,000 in five Saudi technology startups, allocating $100,000 to each company following their graduation from the fifth cohort of the ” Etlaq Accelerator”.

The investments were made through Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) agreements to support startups at the pre-seed stage and accelerate their growth.

Five Startups Across High-Growth Sectors

The selected startups include:

  • HANDL HUB: An AI-powered platform that analyzes e-commerce store data and provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • STOQA: A platform that transforms financial market data into actionable investment insights.
  • OFINTECH: An AI-powered open banking platform that connects bank accounts with enterprise accounting systems.
  • SIGHTI: A platform that leverages artificial intelligence to transform traditional surveillance cameras into smart monitoring systems with operational analytics.
  • 21 DOCTORS: A cloud-based platform that enables clinics and healthcare providers to build their digital presence and manage operations using AI.

These startups operate across key sectors including artificial intelligence, fintech, retail technology, and health technology.

Supporting Early-Stage Startups

Bahr Al Harbi, Founder and CEO of House Ventures Fund and General Partner of the House Ventures Fund, said Saudi Arabia is witnessing the rise of a new generation of technology entrepreneurs, but access to early-stage capital remains one of the biggest challenges.

He explained that the Atoleq Accelerator identifies and prepares promising startups, while the venture fund provides the capital needed to help them scale both locally and internationally.

More Than 1,400 Applications

The fifth cohort companies were selected from more than 1,400 applications submitted to the accelerator, which offers founders seed funding, an acceleration program, hands-on mentorship, regulatory guidance, investor networking opportunities, and digital tools to support business growth.

Since its launch, the Atoleq Accelerator has graduated more than 100 entrepreneurs across four previous cohorts, while its educational platform now serves over 1,200 users.

The House Ventures Fund relies exclusively on the Atoleq Accelerator as its pipeline for investment opportunities, focusing on Saudi technology startups at the pre-seed stage.
