Relm has obtained its full Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), strengthening its capabilities in over-the-counter (OTC) crypto trading.
The platform is owned by XBASE Virtual Assets Broker & Dealer Services LLC, a subsidiary of XBD Group.
The license enables Relm to provide compliant digital asset trading and OTC services for institutional clients, enterprises, and qualified counterparties operating in and through the region, following the successful completion of all licensing stages, operational requirements, and regulatory procedures set by VARA.
Commenting on the milestone, Zeeshan Uppal, CEO of Relm UAE, said:
