Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Presight, a global leader in AI-powered big data analytics, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) to support the Presight AI Startup Accelerator Program.
This strategic collaboration aims to empower the next generation of AI entrepreneurs by combining Presight’s expertise and infrastructure in applied AI with the world-class academic and research capabilities of MBZUAI.
The partnership is designed to build a thriving AI innovation ecosystem by combining efforts in startup scouting, technical advisory, talent access, marketing, and joint events. The cooperation focuses on four key areas:
-
Startup Scouting and Support: MBZUAI will nominate AI-focused startups from its network for the Presight AI Startup Accelerator, while Presight will invite the university to participate in the selection process of suitable startups.
-
Technical and Advisory Support: Startups will gain access to MBZUAI’s top-tier technical advisory resources, including faculty and researchers specializing in areas such as natural language processing, large language models, computer vision, and more. Presight will also help facilitate engagement between high-potential startups and MBZUAI researchers for possible advisory roles.
-

The MoU builds upon Presight’s recent collaboration with Microsoft, the primary technology partner of the Presight AI Startup Accelerator Program. Microsoft provides critical cloud computing capabilities, infrastructure, and go-to-market support—key elements in enabling startups to scale, and enhancing the overall impact and technical performance of the program.
This partnership reflects the UAE’s ongoing commitment to becoming a global hub for artificial intelligence in line with the National AI Strategy 2031. By linking academia and industry, the Presight–MBZUAI alliance helps build a future-ready AI ecosystem, positioning Abu Dhabi and the UAE at the forefront of global innovation.
