Rehla, the transport company, and the operator of the “Rehla” app, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Eirad/UPS Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. This step aims to enhance the shipping and delivery services provided through the app.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Saud AlHezayen, Vice President and Board Member of Eirad/UPS Saudi Arabia, and Dr. Abdulrahman Al Shikhy, CEO of Rehla Cities Transport Company, the operator of the “Rehla” app. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ali Akram Al-Sayed, Regional Manager; Mr. Ihab Abu Shaqra, Business Development Manager; and Ms. Mashael Almazyaed, Public Relations Manager from Eirad/UPS Saudi Arabia. On behalf of Rehla Cities, Mr. Mohammed Al-Kindi, Regional Operations Manager, attended the ceremony.
This collaboration is part of Rehla’s strategy to expand its services and enhance user experience by offering flexible, fast, and competitively priced shipping solutions for door-to-door parcel delivery across all regions and cities in the Kingdom. By leveraging UPS’s advanced infrastructure, a global leader in logistics with an extensive network of local and international distribution centers, the Rehla app will be able to improve its parcel delivery services throughout the Kingdom.
Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Ali Akram Al-Sayed stated that this partnership with the Rehla app aims to allow customers across the Kingdom to benefit from the global expertise in transportation and logistics services, which are at the core of UPS’s operations worldwide.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sheikhi remarked that such partnerships support the transportation and logistics ecosystem by providing pioneering solutions that meet customer needs, reflecting the delivery of logistics services with the highest levels of security, speed, and competitive pricing for door-to-door parcel delivery.
