The Dutch EdTech startup Talent Acceleration Platform (better known as TAP), is on a mission to change the landscape of tech recruitment. Established in 2022 in response to the growing youth unemployment in Palestine, TAP has been on an incredible journey that includes partnering with renowned organizations like Google and Udacity – they’re even backed by Dubai-based Wamda Capital. What started as a code academy for Palestinians is well on its way to become a one-stop-shop solution for aspiring MENA talent looking to build remote careers in all sorts of tech-enabled jobs, while simultaneously providing tech companies across the globe with easy access to vetted tech talent
