Alibaba Cloud Launches New Training Hub in Dubai

Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence arm of the Alibaba Group, inaugurated its new Academy Training Center in Dubai. Situated in Dubai Internet City, the center aims to bolster support for the company’s ecosystem partners and clientele through the provision of training, workshops, and certifications.

Alibaba Cloud officials have outlined plans to train 5,000 individuals across the Middle East and Africa region over the next five years. The center has established a strategic partnership with Aladdin Cyber Security, a leading provider of security services and solutions, to organize monthly training sessions focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, database management, and elastic computing.

In collaboration with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the UAE Centennial 2071 Plan, aimed at fostering Dubai’s digital economic growth and nurturing a knowledge-driven economy, the center’s launch underscores Alibaba Cloud’s dedication to the region’s digital transformation.
