Advanced has officially announced its acquisition of FortiCloud, a leading company in providing electronic cloud services and consulting solutions, as part of an ambitious expansion plan pursued by Advanced.
This acquisition is not merely a merger of two companies but a fusion of expertise and innovation.
Advanced will work on integrating FortiCloud’s comprehensive range of electronic cloud services, including advanced infrastructure solutions and the transition to electronic cloud services.
The integration process is expected to revolutionize Advanced’s service portfolio, offering unprecedented value to both customers and partners.

With the consolidation of the two companies’ strengths, Ahmed El Maghazi will assume the position of Chairman and CEO of FortiCloud, while Abdulrahman Al-Bushi will take on the role of CEO for Technology, Yasser Mamdouh as CFO, and Maher Darwish as Head of the Commercial Sector.
