Launch of the First Phase of the Electronic Platform for the Golden License with the Prime Minister’s Attendance

Today, Mustafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister of Egypt, witnessed the launch of the first phase of the electronic platform for the Unified Approval System, also known as the Golden License. This significant launch took place virtually at the government headquarters in the new administrative capital, conducted in both Arabic and English languages.

Following the official opening, a practical demonstration was conducted to showcase the platform’s effectiveness. An Egyptian company successfully applied for the Golden License through the electronic platform, completing the process in less than 10 minutes.

The virtual meeting was attended by prominent figures from the government and relevant authorities, including Hossam Heiba, the CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, Yasser Abbas, the Deputy CEO of the Authority, Dr. Dalia El-Hawary, the Deputy CEO of the Authority, Wael El-Deghidi, the Head of Institutional Development Sector at the Authority, Ahmed Mokhtar, the Managing Director of Hassan Allam Strategic Warehouses Company, and Mohamed Mamdouh, the company’s legal representative.

The Prime Minister commenced the virtual meeting by warmly welcoming the officials from the Investment Authority and the company that applied for the Golden License. He praised the significance of the new electronic platform and its pivotal role in facilitating and simplifying procedures for obtaining the license.
