Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence startup eVoost AI has expanded into the Romanian market as part of its international growth strategy, partnering with Hercesa Romania to introduce AI-powered residential sales solutions to the country’s real estate sector.
The expansion marks Romania as the sixth market served by the company, following its operations in Spain, Portugal, the UAE, the United States, and Georgia.
Founded in 2024, eVoost AI develops AI-driven software that enables residential developers to enhance property sales through data-driven automation, customer engagement, and intelligent sales management.
The company said its entry into Romania followed months of preparation, including integrating local market data, collaborating with Romanian developers, and establishing a dedicated local team.

As part of the expansion, Hercesa Romania has become eVoost AI’s first client in the country.
Hercesa has delivered more than 1,200 apartments in Bucharest and currently has over 600 residential units under development across three projects: Stellaris Residencias, Vivenda Prime, and the final phase of Vivenda Residencias.
The developer already utilizes eVoost AI’s platform in Spain and Portugal, with the partnership now extending to its Romanian operations.
Operating from Abu Dhabi’s Hub71 technology ecosystem, eVoost AI follows a business-to-business (B2B) model, generating revenue through project onboarding fees and performance-based fees tied to property sales.
According to the company, its AI platform currently supports residential developments with a combined value exceeding $3.5 billion across its international markets, underscoring its growing footprint in the global proptech industry.
