Robo.ai has signed an agreement to acquire Neurovia AI in a deal valued at approximately $100 million.
The acquisition aims to strengthen Robo.ai’s infrastructure for the emerging machine economy and physical AI applications, particularly in large-scale video data processing and intelligent device ecosystems.
Neurovia AI specializes in data processing and compression technologies designed to manage, store, and analyze massive volumes of AI-generated video data in real time.
Following the acquisition, Robo.ai plans to integrate Neurovia’s technology into its operations as part of its transition from traditional video coding services to a global video data infrastructure platform.
The platform will support autonomous vehicles, smart city infrastructure, AI-powered camera networks, drones, robots, and advanced manufacturing systems.
Robo.ai also plans to expand across the Middle East and Asia, focusing on edge computing, sovereign AI infrastructure, and AI-driven data management solutions
