AppyThings, a certified partner of Google Cloud, has launched its new Saudi entity, “AppyThings Arabia,” following two years of operations in the Kingdom.

The expansion aims to meet growing demand for cloud infrastructure, data integration, APIs, and AI-native enterprise services as Saudi Arabia accelerates its digital transformation agenda.

Headquartered in Riyadh, the company will focus on supporting government entities alongside healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications sectors through scalable integration platforms and AI-ready cloud architecture.

AppyThings specializes in building APIs, data pipelines, and integration layers that enable organizations to securely deploy AI agents and automate business processes at scale.

The move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s “Cloud First” strategy, which has significantly boosted demand for cloud-based infrastructure and AI-enabled digital services across the public and private sectors.

As part of the expansion, Ahmed Raafat has been appointed Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, while Shazali Taha was promoted to Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.

The company was also recognized as Google Cloud’s “Apigee Implementation Partner of the Year” in Saudi Arabia for 2025, strengthening its position within the Kingdom’s fast-growing AI and cloud ecosystem
