G42 Strategically Invests in Inveniam to Enhance FinTech in Private Markets

UAE-based company G42, specializing in artificial intelligence, has made an investment in the American company Inveniam, which specializes in developing digital solutions for the private markets sector.

This investment aims to strengthen technical collaboration, especially in the fields of artificial intelligence for economic and financial sectors.

According to G42, this partnership is focused on addressing the significant challenges faced by economic sectors in the field of technological advancements, particularly in real estate, private equity, and infrastructure, which are the largest asset classes in the world.

These markets suffer from several constraints that undermine their efficiency, such as a lack of transparency and reliance on traditional, outdated execution methods, making it difficult for them to fully capitalize on available growth opportunities, despite their size and economic importance.

Under the agreement, G42 will intervene to ensure the sustainability of these services and address challenges fundamentally through AI technology solutions, leveraging them for Inveniam’s private market systems.

This will enable the development of innovative and secure financial solutions.

These solutions will help speed up processes and reduce associated risks.

Inveniam previously raised $120 million in its latest funding round, led by Cushman & Wakefield, reflecting the high level of trust the company enjoys in its field.
