Tenmou Announces Investment in Tajweed and Travilege to Support Startups

The Bahraini investment company Tenmou has invested in two startups, including Tajweed, a digital platform specializing in Quran and language education, and Travilege, which specializes in online enterprise resource management and focuses on travel and tourism.

This agreement supports startups in Bahrain and enhances their expansion efforts.

Nawaf Alkooheji, CEO of Tenmou, stated that there are efforts to expand the company’s investment portfolio to include more than 35 startups in Bahrain and to promote bold investment in technological fields and the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.

He added that this investment contributes to enabling startups to access additional funding sources from local and regional investors, creating more job opportunities, stimulating entrepreneurship, and spreading the culture of angel investing in technology startups that have the potential for rapid growth and whose founders are passionate about implementing the company’s strategies and improving its financial performance.

Alkooheji explained that Tenmou has achieved notable results in its exit operations from several Bahraini startups in which it invested, with returns exceeding three times the investment amount in a record time of less than 4 years.

This boosts funding opportunities for entrepreneurs and enhances the entrepreneurial environment in Bahrain, motivating the company to continue expanding its investments.

It is worth noting that Tajweed is a digital platform specializing in Quran and Arabic language education, developed by experts in the field.

It is available in eight major languages and is approved by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.

On the other hand, Travilege is an online enterprise resource management (B2B2C) company aimed at improving the management of travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism activities.
