  1. CNTXT AI has acquired Actualize to strengthen its Arabic voice AI capabilities and support the development of sovereign AI agents for enterprises and government entities.
  2. Actualize brings advanced Arabic voice models, Gulf dialect support, conversational AI, and enterprise workflow automation technologies to CNTXT AI’s portfolio.
  3. The acquisition will help CNTXT AI expand its “Munsit” platform and deliver secure, regionally hosted Arabic AI solutions across sectors such as customer service, banking, healthcare, media, and government.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates — CNTXT AI, a UAE-based company specializing in data and artificial intelligence solutions, has announced its acquisition of Actualize, a company focused on developing enterprise AI solutions and known for building Arabic voice AI agents capable of understanding various Gulf dialects, supported by Arabic voice models that closely resemble natural human speech.

The acquisition marks a strategic step in CNTXT AI’s efforts to strengthen its position in the Arabic AI sector. By integrating Actualize’s advanced technologies and specialized expertise into its growing ecosystem, CNTXT AI aims to enhance its capabilities in Arabic voice AI and support the development of a new generation of sovereign AI agents that can carry out tasks and execute real operational actions, rather than only responding to inquiries across enterprise and government environments.

Actualize brings to CNTXT AI a strong set of technical capabilities across Arabic voice automation, conversational AI, and enterprise workflow automation. Its Arabic voice models, developed specifically to reflect the linguistic characteristics and local dialects of the region, are among the most natural and human-like solutions in the market. Its research and engineering team also includes talent with experience at leading global technology companies such as Google, Nokia, Siemens, and others, alongside founders with proven expertise in building, scaling, and successfully exiting technology startups.

The addition of these capabilities is expected to strengthen CNTXT AI’s engineering and research infrastructure. Actualize’s intelligent agent platform provides advanced integration between voice interaction, digital conversations, and process automation, enabling institutions to carry out real actions such as bookings, data updates, and various transactions, in addition to direct user engagement.

This integration gives institutions a more efficient path from raw data to advanced Arabic AI systems that are ready for production-scale deployment. While CNTXT AI provides a comprehensive sovereign AI ecosystem, including its voice AI platform “Munsit,” as well as training data and specialized tools for testing and deployment, Actualize adds highly realistic Arabic voice models and an advanced layer of intelligent agents capable of executing tasks across voice channels, digital conversations, and back-end systems.

Hassan Abu Al-Sheikh, Co-Founder of CNTXT AI, said: “Together, we provide enterprises and government entities with a new generation of Arabic voice AI agents that can be deployed with the highest levels of security, hosted within the region, and integrated directly into daily operational workflows.”

He added that the combined solutions target the fast-growing conversational AI market across the GCC, which is estimated to grow from around USD 400 million in 2025 to nearly USD 2.5 billion by 2034, driven by accelerated investment in AI-powered services and solutions.

Mohammad Abu Al-Sheikh, CEO of CNTXT AI, said: “This acquisition represents a pivotal milestone in our efforts to build sovereign AI ecosystems capable of creating tangible impact in real-world operations. Actualize does not only bring advanced technologies; it also brings AI agents capable of executing tasks, voice models that make interaction more natural and human-like, and a team with deep understanding of Arabic as it is actually used across the region. Through this integration, we will enable our customers to accelerate their journey from pilots to scalable, advanced voice solutions deployed in the UAE and across the Middle East and North Africa.”

Founded in 2023 by Mohamed Shabrin and Khaled Ghaiboub, Actualize has focused since its launch on helping institutions adopt AI-powered transformation through solutions tailored to the needs of government, private, and nonprofit sectors. The company has also developed advanced technologies for low-latency Arabic voice generation, enterprise workflow automation, hosting options within GCC countries, and deployment capabilities within customers’ private infrastructure or closed environments that require high levels of compliance and regulation.

Mohamed Shabrin, Co-Founder of Actualize, said: “AI is now undergoing a fundamental shift in which trust, localization, and real-world impact have become just as important as technical capabilities themselves. By joining forces with CNTXT AI, we are building advanced Arabic AI infrastructure with genuine local depth, combining sovereign deployment, interpretable systems, and foundational technologies that will help shape the future of AI across the Middle East and North Africa.”

Following the completion of the acquisition, Actualize’s technologies will be integrated into CNTXT AI’s portfolio to support a wide range of sectors, including customer service, banking, healthcare, media, and government, through secure AI solutions built around the Arabic language. Mohamed Shabrin will join CNTXT AI as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), while Khaled Ghaiboub will lead intelligent model development initiatives as Vice President of AI and Models.
