- The initiative introduces a “startup-as-a-service” model, reducing friction for founders and accelerating the transition from idea to market-ready business.
Creative Zone has announced the launch of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program in collaboration with RAKEZ and Mashreq through the Mashreq NEO BIZ platform, introducing a new integrated model designed to simplify company formation for startups in the United Arab Emirates.
The program aims to transform the startup journey from an idea into an operational business by combining legal incorporation, banking services, and operational support into one unified ecosystem, reducing the complexity and cost traditionally associated with launching a business.
Rather than treating company formation as separate disconnected processes, the initiative introduces a streamlined framework where entrepreneurs can access multiple essential services through a single channel, accelerating market entry and improving operational readiness from day one.
A Full Business Setup Ecosystem
The Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program offers a package of practical benefits tailored for early-stage founders, starting with business bank account opening through Mashreq NEO BIZ, alongside free VAT and corporate tax registration.
The program also includes company incorporation support through RAKEZ and Creative Zone under simplified procedures, as well as a virtual office package aimed at reducing early operational overhead.
In addition, participating startups gain access to free health insurance during the initial setup phase, one year of free website hosting through Amazon Web Services, and logistics discounts through DHL to support shipping and distribution needs.
The package extends further into legal support services, HR solutions, and operational advisory, helping founders build stronger business foundations during their earliest growth stages.
A Shift in How Startups Are Built
The initiative reflects a broader shift in startup enablement—from fragmented setup processes to a bundled business infrastructure model.
Instead of requiring entrepreneurs to separately source banking, legal, and operational partners, the program centralizes these functions into a single system designed to minimize friction and accelerate business activation.
This model could reshape how startups enter the UAE market by improving accessibility, lowering setup barriers, and increasing the chances of business survival and scalability beyond the launch stage.
As regional competition intensifies around attracting entrepreneurs and new ventures, integrated business setup models like this may become an increasingly important part of the startup ecosystem.
