Megacampus Summit is returning to Dubai for its second edition, taking place from 5 to 7 March 2026 at Coca-Cola Arena. Bringing together over 13,000 participants from more than 75 countries, the Summit will feature world-renowned speakers sharing insights across business, entrepreneurship, creative industries, and organizational leadership.
Upcoming speakers at Megacampus Summit in Dubai include filmmaker James Cameron, who will take part in an on-stage conversation with His Excellency Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM). Their discussion will focus on imagination as a driving force of the future and on how ideas become real projects.
Magnus Carlsen, one of the world’s leading chess players, will address the importance of clarity and calm under pressure, sharing insights into decision-making when mistakes are costly. Wim Hof, known for his breathing and cold-exposure methods, will speak about regaining control over the body and life.
Dave Ulrich, a global expert in organizational leadership and talent development, will discuss the future of talent and how to build organizations where people and performance grow together. Robert Greene, author of the bestseller The 48 Laws of Power, will explore the evolution of power from force to strategy and mastery. More speakers are expected to be announced.
The 2024 Summit in Dubai was officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest lecture event, featuring international experts including Khabib Nurmagomedov, Luc Besson, Robert Kiyosaki, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Randi Zuckerberg. Participants and speakers highlighted the scale and diversity of the audience. Khabib Nurmagomedov said, “It was an amazing event in Dubai. Huge thanks for the invitation.” Robin Sharma reflected, “Today on stage in Dubai I had the honor of sharing my message with over 10,000 inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs.” Randi Zuckerberg added that her experience presenting at events focused on entrepreneurship and innovation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi was “incredible.”
