The Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF) has announced a commitment to Camber Creek, a leading PropTech-focused venture capital firm managing nearly $1 billion in assets under management.

The investment aligns with DFDF’s strategy of backing high-conviction, sector-specialist fund managers that deliver sustainable returns and long-term value across their portfolios.

Founded in 2011, Camber Creek invests in companies transforming the real estate sector through technology, including property management, tenant services, and digital transaction platforms, with a focus on Series A and growth-stage companies.

The firm operates a concentrated investment model of 15 to 20 companies per fund.

Nader Albastaki, Managing Director of DFDF, said Camber Creek represents the type of disciplined, high-conviction fund manager DFDF seeks to support, in line with Dubai’s D33 economic agenda.

Camber Creek also operates “Beta Labs,” a proprietary program that enables prospective portfolio companies to receive direct feedback from strategic partners before investment, strengthening market validation.

Managing Partner Jake Fingert said DFDF’s commitment will help expand Camber Creek’s presence in the Middle East and strengthen its ability to back transformative PropTech companies globally.

Over the past decade, Camber Creek has invested in more than 47 PropTech companies, achieving several successful exits including sales to JLL and WorkWave. Its portfolio includes leading companies such as Bilt Rewards, VTS, Flex, Measurabl, and Notarize.

The partnership will also provide portfolio companies with access to DFDF’s regional network, enabling US-based PropTech startups to scale into Middle Eastern markets.
