Startup Gate, the digital platform specialized in supporting entrepreneurship in Egypt, announced the launch of 9 new programs as part of the second phase of its startup empowerment initiative.

The second phase of the program is launched in partnership with Startup Egypt, a non-governmental organization supporting entrepreneurship in Egypt.

The programs will engage both large companies and startups across multiple sectors, including fintech, healthtech, education, supply chains, and more.

Selected startups will benefit from mentorship, business development, growth support, and access to funding. Through M-Empire’s angel investor network, these startups are expected to attract investments worth EGP 450 million.

Startup Gate is currently expanding its mentor network to include specialized experts from Egypt and abroad in fields relevant to entrepreneurs.

The platform also aims to join an international network to adopt the mentorship methodology developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The platform reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Egyptian startups, enabling them to grow confidently and opening new local and regional opportunities.

In October, Startup Gate launched the first phase of its empowerment program, engaging a total of 750 startups, mentors, and investors. The platform expects the total number of participants to reach 3,000 by the end of the year.

Startup Gate applies an inclusive approach by accepting startups at all stages, from ideation to growth, across various sectors such as fintech, healthtech, education, e-commerce, and supply chains.

The platform also ensures a trusted ecosystem by reviewing all startups, mentors, and opportunities before making them available on the platform, maintaining high standards of content and service quality.
