Flipspaces, a tech-enabled Indian company specializing in commercial interior design and build solutions, has announced the successful closure of a $35 million funding round comprising both primary and secondary capital.

Who Led the Round?

The round was led by Iron Pillar, with continued backing from Prudent Investment Managers and new participation from Synergy Capital, reinforcing investor confidence in Flipspaces’ global potential.

Ashok Ananthakrishnan, Partner at Iron Pillar, commented:
“We believe Flipspaces is well-positioned to build a leading franchise across India, the GCC, and the United States.”

Where Will the Funds Go?

Headquartered in Mumbai, Flipspaces plans to leverage the new capital to:

  • Accelerate expansion across India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Enhance its proprietary technology platforms for greater transparency and efficiency.

  • Strengthen brand leadership in existing and new markets.

  • Explore growth in adjacent categories and geographies.

Founded in 2015 by Kunal Sharma, Ankur Muchhal, Vikas Anand, Mrinal Sharma, Praful Sahu, and Ritesh Rajan, Flipspaces offers end-to-end technology-driven solutions for commercial interior design. The platform covers:

  • 3D space visualization tools.

  • Real-time project tracking.

  • An integrated supply chain, including an internal product catalog and a curated vendor marketplace.

  • Turnkey project execution with digital transparency.

The company primarily targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—a segment that makes up nearly 60% of the commercial design and build market, giving Flipspaces a strong position in addressing the evolving needs of a high-growth customer base across key regions.
