Wamda Capital Joins $1.3M Pre-Seed Round for BloomPath to Transform Team Performance with AI

The US-based startup accelerates product development and global expansion with support from leading MENA and Silicon Valley investors

BloomPath, the US-based SaaS platform reimagining continuous performance management through AI, has raised $1.3 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by RAED Ventures, with participation from Ulu Ventures, Wamda Capital, +VC, and prominent angel investors.

Founded in 2024 by Mohamed Kotb and Ahmed Gad, BloomPath builds software that lives inside daily workflows to help teams align, track progress, and improve performance through data-driven insights.

The platform, described as the “Apple Watch for the workplace,” integrates seamlessly into tools used by engineering and product teams, enabling real-time coaching, performance insights, and continuous alignment without switching context.
