The Saudi company “Malakah” specialized in legal technology, announced the closure of a Pre-Seed funding round worth $600,000, raised through a group of angel investors who expressed confidence in the project.
The company aims to provide innovative solutions in the legal technology field, which is an emerging and promising sector in KSA.
“Malakah” relies on advanced artificial intelligence technologies to offer a wide range of legal services, including providing smart legal consultations, guidance in dispute resolution, as well as creating, analyzing, and studying legal contracts using generative AI, all without the need for human intervention.
This unique technological system allows for quick and accurate legal solutions, enhancing the efficiency of legal work in the Kingdom and reducing the burdens associated with traditional legal consultations.
At the “Leap 2025” international exhibition, one of the largest tech events in the region, “Malakah” revealed its first product in the legal technology field: a digital platform that allows users to access the correct legal guidance based on Saudi regulations and laws.
These services cover all aspects of legal cases, contracts, and various legal consultations, helping individuals and companies better understand and effectively deal with applicable laws.
The platform utilizes smart conversations in both Arabic and English, making it easier for users to understand Saudi laws and regulations.
It provides clear and concise answers that align with the legal frameworks in the Kingdom, initially focusing on labor law and offering consultations related to it.
The platform is also designed to offer integrated legal solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses across various legal areas.
“Malakah” was founded in the summer of last year by three distinguished entrepreneurs: Abdullah Bukhari, Mohammed Al Harbi, and Sinan Ben Taher, who bring together expertise in technology and law.
Since its establishment, the company launched the first trial version of its platform three months ago, and it is continuously developing to expand its services.
“Malakah” is one of the projects that align with the significant transformations in Saudi Arabia, aiming to leverage modern technology to improve access to legal services, simplify legal procedures, and make them more transparent and effective.
