e-RAMO, a digital solutions company, has announced the closure of a significant seven-figure seed investment round, funded by Ibdaa Misr. This investment is dedicated to supporting the Amtalek.com project and developing its initial strategies and future growth.
Commenting on this milestone, Mohamed Ragab, CEO of e-RAMO, stated that Amtalek.com is a comprehensive real estate application focused on managing real estate development and marketing companies in Egypt and beyond. The application offers companies comprehensive services through a single platform, eliminating the need to use multiple software programs for managing different operations. The project was launched in August 2023 and aims to provide an integrated management system that helps companies efficiently manage their clients and projects.
Amtalek.com offers an advanced real estate system that allows company owners to showcase available properties and projects for sale or marketing on the platform, providing detailed information including area, price, type of property, location, and payment plans. This system enables customers to search easily and dynamically to find the right property.
Mohamed Ragab further explained that market studies indicate a significant increase in the number of real estate marketing companies in Egypt, with an annual growth rate of 37%, bringing the total to 90,000 companies. Amtalek.com aims to capture 10% of this market by 2025.
