WakeCap Acquires Crews by Core to Strengthen Leadership in Construction Technology

WakeCap has acquired Crews by Core, an AI-powered project delivery platform in the construction sector. This acquisition marks one of the first by a Saudi company of a Silicon Valley tech firm, highlighting significant progress in the Kingdom’s technology industry.

The acquisition will create the world’s most comprehensive SAAS and IoT solution for large-scale construction projects. Additionally, WakeCap plans to open a research and development headquarters in Silicon Valley to solidify its position as a global leader in construction technology.

In this context, Di-Ann Eisnor, CEO and founder of Crews by Core, stated, “Hassan has built a rocket ship.
