Dubai Future Solutions Initiative is a system for innovation and supporting future leaders in the Emirates

The partners and supporters of the “Dubai Future Solutions – Innovations for Humanity” initiative, launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation, have affirmed that this initiative will bolster the innovation ecosystem in line with the leadership’s vision to establish Dubai as a global innovation hub and a nurturing ground for the best minds and talents across various future sectors.

They highlighted that the initiative will open new horizons for attracting top minds and the most creative ideas to Dubai through collaboration with academic institutions and innovators worldwide.

 His Excellency Essa Kazim, Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), stated, “The 20-year journey to enhance sectors supporting human capital, technology, and innovation has strengthened DIFC’s position as the largest ecosystem nurturing and supporting innovation in the region.

The growing global community at the center has benefited from its comprehensive legal framework that supports innovation and access to funding.

This necessitates our continued support for the next generation of startups and fast-growing companies through the collaborative efforts of partners supporting the ‘Dubai Future Solutions – Innovations for Humanity’ initiative as we continue to shape the future of the financial sector.”

 Her Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), noted that the “Dubai Future Solutions – Innovations for Humanity” initiative aligns with the authority’s roadmap and strategies that resonate with Dubai Government’s visions and future aspirations.

She emphasized that the supervision of H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture, will aid in transforming innovations into reality that serve humanity.

She stated, “The initiative represents a unique platform to foster cooperation between the public and private sectors and various academic institutions to achieve Dubai’s vision of supporting innovation and building a sustainable future, alongside attracting top projects and technologies to Dubai and stimulating the spirit of innovation among entrepreneurs and investors to provide creative solutions for future challenges.”

 Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of DAMAC Group, expressed, “We are pleased to support the directives and initiatives of the Dubai Government led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and followed by H.H.  His Excellency Khalfan Juma Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, asserted that the new phase of the “Dubai Future Solutions” initiative is a practical model for Dubai’s collaborative efforts to enhance the innovation ecosystem in line with the leadership’s vision to establish Dubai as a global center for innovation and a nurturing ground for top minds and talents across various future sectors.

Belhoul stated, “This phase will open new horizons for attracting the best minds and the most creative and impactful ideas to Dubai through collaboration with academic institutions and innovators from around the world.

The contribution of the Hussain Sajwani – DAMAC Foundation in supporting this initiative underscores the importance of synergy between the public and private sectors in Dubai and the role of the private sector in enhancing the innovation ecosystem and Dubai’s vision.”
