At Seamless 2024, we had the pleasure of speaking with Mazen Al-Zain, Product Officer at DigitalPay, a company specializing in fintech solutions since 2018. Al-Zain discussed DigitalPay’s role in providing comprehensive payment solutions, whether through hardware devices or software, to meet the needs of various sectors, such as the delivery sector and others.
Al-Zain explained that DigitalPay’s goal is to keep up with technological advancements and provide new solutions that benefit customers. The company strives to be the ideal solution for all payment needs, whether point-of-sale systems or complete payment solutions both online and offline. He also mentioned that DigitalPay is always looking for new partners to support the digital payment process in countries that have not yet adopted this idea.
Al-Zain added that the company is working on providing solutions that facilitate the transition from cash transactions to digital transactions more easily, emphasizing that the company’s future goal is to reach a cashless society.
