ADIB Business Marketplace: An Innovative Digital Platform to Support the Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the UAE
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, has announced the launch of “ADIB Business Marketplace,” an innovative digital platform designed to provide comprehensive support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This all-encompassing digital platform aims to significantly reduce business costs by offering a wide range of exclusive offers and discounts.
The “ADIB Business Marketplace” is an online ecosystem for SMEs, allowing businesses to access various services and offers digitally. The platform continuously adds new services and offers from different businesses in the United Arab Emirates. Users can access these offers by visiting the “ADIB Business Marketplace” platform, where they can log in using their UAE mobile phone number and their password. After logging in, they can choose the desired offer, fill out an application form, and wait for partner brands to respond within 48 working hours to process the request.
According to Amit Malhotra, the Global Head of Retail Banking Services at ADIB, “The ADIB Business Marketplace is a game-changer for SMEs in the UAE. It is a comprehensive platform that digitally connects SMEs to essential services such as accounting, human resources, consultancy, and information technology, all available online. This platform demonstrates ADIB’s commitment to supporting the growth and success of SMEs.”
Users will receive notifications via email and SMS once their request is submitted, and they can also track it in the history tab. Afterward, they will receive a call from partner brands to discuss their requirements and determine pricing after applying discounts. Users will be notified by email from partner brands when their offers are activated.
The initiative by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) toward SMEs shows a strong commitment that goes beyond the “ADIB Business Marketplace.” This platform is open to all SMEs in the United Arab Emirates, not just limited to the bank’s customers. The platform offers a diverse and wide range of services and offers, in addition to providing access to a fully integrated community of available suppliers, all within a completely free service. As an added feature, new customers from these SMEs can instantly and simplistically open an ADIB account through a fully automated process.
