Founded with the mission of transforming artificial intelligence knowledge into real-world impact, Kernel develops AI products, delivers specialized training programs, and operates initiatives such as AI Startup Lab, which focuses on building real AI solutions and supporting teams in turning advanced technical ideas into scalable products.
Through this acquisition, Falak aims to integrate Kernel’s technical expertise with its broader venture-building ecosystem, creating new opportunities to support AI-powered startups, develop innovative products, and enable organizations to adopt artificial intelligence effectively.
