The Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF) has announced the provision of growth capital, in the form of an investment, to Immensa, a deep-tech company specializing in advanced manufacturing, to support its global expansion.

The growth round was completed in partnership with Global Ventures and existing investors, enabling Immensa to further digitize the management and production of industrial spare parts.

According to DFDF, the investment aligns with the UAE’s vision to build a more resilient, future-ready industrial economy.

The funding will help Immensa strengthen advanced manufacturing capabilities from the UAE and develop more flexible, on-demand supply chains serving industrial sectors worldwide.

The investment supports the digital management and production of industrial spare parts through the use of “Digital Parts Passports”—secure digital records for certified components—allowing companies to store parts virtually and manufacture them on demand anywhere within Immensa’s global network.

Commenting on the investment, Nader Albastaki, Managing Director of Dubai Future District Fund, said:

“This agreement strengthens manufacturing capabilities, supports the localization of supply chains, and accelerates the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies”.

He add:

“Our objective is to ensure Dubai remains at the forefront of innovation while building sustainable, resilient, and globally competitive industries.”

For his part, Fahmi Al Shawwa, CEO of Immensa, noted that the DFDF investment goes beyond financial backing to represent a strategic partnership, adding:

“Dubai Future District Fund recognizes the impact of deep-tech innovation in the UAE and globally”.

He add:

“This partnership enables us to expand internationally, enhance our digital platform, and deliver on our mission to modernize supply chains for industrial operators worldwide”.
