Syria’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced the full restoration of Snapchat’s service across the country, allowing users to access the platform without the need for VPNs or any circumvention tools. The ministry described the move as part of its broader efforts to reconnect Syrians with global digital services.

In an official statement issued on Sunday evening, the ministry said the reactivation of Snapchat came after coordinated efforts with global technology companies, aimed at reintegrating Syria into the global digital ecosystem.
