  • The company has rapidly expanded to serve more than 100 clients, managing 60 fully equipped buildings that elevate the standards of worker accommodation in Saudi Arabia.
  • Mnzil has also begun developing a 22,000-square-meter land plot to build six new buildings in collaboration with landowners, as part of its strategy to expand the worker housing ecosystem and support national transformation efforts.

Mnzil, a Saudi company specializing in developing worker housing solutions, has secured a Series A investment round exceeding 44 million SAR. The round was led by U.S.-based Founders Fund, marking its first-ever entry into the Saudi market, with participation from COTU Ventures.

Founded in 2024, Mnzil has quickly achieved notable expansion across more than 13 cities in the Kingdom, offering products and services that enhance the efficiency and quality of workforce accommodation for companies across various sectors.

Over its journey, the company has built a strong client base of more than 100 major organizations—including SMASCO, EFSIM, Barq, and Sixt—supported by an operational ecosystem that manages over 60 fully equipped buildings designed to ensure comfort and safety. This approach has redefined the concept of worker housing in the local market.

Mnzil also announced the start of development on a 22,000-square-meter plot to construct six new worker housing buildings, in collaboration with local landowners. This step aims to expand the company’s capacity and further strengthen the worker accommodation ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

The entry of Founders Fund into the Saudi market signals a significant indicator of the Kingdom’s growing appeal to international investors—particularly in service and infrastructure sectors undergoing major transformation as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
