Dubai-based in-game advertising technology company Napptix has announced the acquisition of the commercial operations of Yazle Marketing Management in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Deal Details

The acquisition involves the transfer of Yazle’s client portfolio, regional team, and operations in the Gulf and North Africa to Napptix.

These operations will be integrated into Napptix’s Gaming 360° platform, aiming to enhance in-game advertising solutions across the region.

It is worth noting that the acquisition does not include Yazle’s operations in Asia-Pacific, Europe, or the Americas, which will remain under Yazle’s current ownership and management.

Jamie Atherton will assume the role of General Manager for Yazle’s operations in the MENA region, while the global Yazle entity will focus on expanding its business and developing products in other international markets.

According to statements from both companies, this move comes at a time when in-game advertising is experiencing significant growth, driven by high levels of positive user engagement—particularly on mobile devices—making digital games a powerful and rapidly growing advertising channel.
