On May 4, 2025, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Nama Ventures Financial has fulfilled all necessary requirements to officially begin practicing investment management activities in securities.
This announcement follows the CMA Board’s decision issued on 01/03/1446 AH (corresponding to September 4, 2024), granting Nama Ventures Fئinancial the license to operate under the framework of the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424 AH and its implementing regulations.
License and Compliance
This step marks the official entry of Nama Ventures Financial into Saudi Arabia’s capital markets as a licensed investment management firm, reflecting its readiness to offer regulated financial services and contribute to the development and diversification of the Kingdom’s financial ecosystem.
