PayTabs Group, a leading payments solutions provider in the Middle East and North Africa, has acquired a majority stake in PayTabs Egypt in an undisclosed deal.

This strategic acquisition underscores PayTabs’ commitment to accelerating digital transformation and enhancing financial inclusion in Egypt.

By securing full ownership, PayTabs strengthens its position in the Egyptian market, aiming to expand its digital payment services, introduce innovative solutions tailored to merchants’ needs, and foster a more dynamic business environment.
