Dinar Investment Company Receives License from Capital Market Authority to Begin Investment Services

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Dinar Investment Company had met all business commencement requirements. This milestone enables the company to officially offer services in arranging, managing investments, operating funds, and providing custody activities in the securities business.

Dinar Investment Company was licensed to perform these services under the CMA resolution issued on 14th February 2024, corresponding to 4th August 1445H. The company’s activities will operate in accordance with the Capital Market Law, enacted by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 2nd June 1424H, and its accompanying regulations.

With this license, Dinar Investment Company is now fully authorized to manage securities investments, operate investment funds, and offer custody services, further enhancing its role in the financial market.
