Albedah explained that the company stands out with its “Rent Now, Pay Later” service, an innovative solution designed to simplify the rental process for tenants. Instead of paying the full annual rent upfront, Ejari pays the entire amount on behalf of the tenant. The tenant then repays Ejari on a monthly basis, easing their financial burden and making the rental process more flexible.
Although Ejari operates throughout Saudi Arabia, most of its clients are currently based in Riyadh. This concentration in Riyadh reflects the company’s significant success in the capital, which is one of the largest rental markets in the kingdom.
Albedah mentioned that Ejari’s participation in the 24 Fintech conference aims to achieve mutual benefits between the company and other participating firms. The conference serves as an important platform for connecting with potential partners, exchanging expertise, and exploring future collaboration opportunities.
