SDAIA invites the public to submit their opinions on the project of the National Register of Control Bodies in the Kingdom

The Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) has invited the public and relevant stakeholders to provide their opinions and feedback on the project “Regulations for the National Registry for Controllers within the Kingdom.

 

” Participants can submit their opinions through the unified electronic platform for surveys provided by the authority, before the end of Tuesday, April 24, 2024.

Through this project, the authority aims to identify and assess the level of compliance of controllers with registration on the National Data Governance Platform.

The goal is to provide support and advice to enhance their compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection System and ensure full compliance with them.

This project is part of the authority’s efforts to develop the data and artificial intelligence infrastructure in the Kingdom and strengthen its role as a national reference in this field.

It is expected that the participation of the public and relevant stakeholders will enrich the discussion and provide insights and guidance that contribute to the development of the National Registry for Controllers and enhance data security and stability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The data and artificial intelligence sector is a vital axis in the digital economy and the achievement of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
