Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center “i-be” Announces Expansion through Franchise Opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Oman on the Margins of Its Participation in Franchise Expo Paris

The center aims to increase its branches in Saudi Arabia to 10 and internationally to 5 within the coming 3 years

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – March 19, 2024: The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (i-be) concluded its participation in the Franchise Expo Paris, which took place from March 16-18 in the French capital, Paris, by announcing its expansion through franchise opportunities within the Kingdom and to the Sultanate of Oman to enhance entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia and the region as a whole.

During its participation in the Paris exhibition as part of a delegation of establishments, the aim was to create opportunities for expanding the i-be brand globally and raise awareness about its role in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. The focus was on how it assists entrepreneurs through its approach of “From Idea to Entrepreneurship”, enabling them to launch, develop, and refine their projects for local and global expansion.

On the sidelines of its participation in the Franchise Expo Paris for commercial franchising, Nora Al-Aqla, Vice President of i-be, stated: “At i-be, we work on empowering entrepreneurs and companies alike, enabling entrepreneurs by assisting them in launching and developing their projects, while helping companies by establishing a culture of innovation within them.”

The center, headquartered in Riyadh, currently expands through commercial franchising in cities in Saudi Arabia and in the Sultanate of Oman, aiming to double its expansion in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries and beyond within the next 3 years.

In this regard, Nora Al-Aqla said: “We aspire to expand over the next three years and double our expansion locally and regionally by increasing the number of our branches locally to 10 branches and internationally to 5 branches.”

i-be is considered the first registered entity in the commercial franchising center in the business services sector to assist individuals in starting entrepreneurial ventures by implementing their innovative ideas or adopting others’ ideas and investing in them, facilitating their expansion through commercial franchising.

i-be’s participation was part of the Saudi delegation led by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat), comprising 18 Saudi brands, to facilitate their access to global markets, achieve expansion and growth by attracting investors, and supporting the sustainability of brand businesses locally and globally.
