Zain Saudi Arabia Signs Strategic Partnership with Maximus to Develop Saudi Youth Skills

Zain Saudi Arabia has taken a significant strategic step by signing a memorandum of understanding with Maximus, a specialized company in human resource training and development. This move falls within Zain Saudi Arabia’s efforts to empower and enhance the capabilities of Saudi youth and actively contribute to the realization of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The strategic partnership aims to channel investments towards developing the skills and capabilities of Saudi youth. This will be achieved through tailored training programs and the enhancement of individual and professional capacities. This collaboration aligns with the objectives of the Human Capacity Development Program, which is an essential component of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Lulwa bint Saad Al-Nuwaiser, Deputy CEO of Human Resources at Zain Saudi Arabia, emphasized the importance of this partnership in guiding young Saudis towards specialized fields that align with the constantly evolving job market requirements. It also aims to foster a culture of innovation and equip youth with the necessary skills to achieve their aspirations and contribute to the progress of the Kingdom.
