A strategic partnership between Fawry and Hulul to enhance the digital growth of small and medium-sized enterprises

Fawry, a company specializing in electronic payments and banking technology, has announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Hulul, a company backed by Widebot, which specializes in artificial intelligence. This partnership aims to integrate Fawry’s electronic payment systems with the digital transformation and artificial intelligence services offered by Hulul. This collaboration is designed to support the operations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

According to the agreement, Fawry will provide its latest innovative services in financial technology to Hulul’s network of SME clients. This will be achieved by creating a payment link through the AI-powered automated chat feature offered by Hulul’s platform, facilitating secure and smooth financial transactions. This initiative is expected to accelerate the digital transformation of these emerging enterprises, enhancing their position in the Egyptian market.

Furthermore, this collaboration aims to combine Fawry’s expertise in payment solutions with Hulul’s advanced services in AI-based digital transformation. The partnership seeks to transform the way SMEs operate in the digital landscape, providing them with comprehensive tools to drive growth, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

Hulul offers customer engagement services through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, platform X, mobile apps, and websites. This enables merchants and small and medium business owners to easily benefit from Fawry’s electronic payment services through various channels, potentially doubling their sales and improving customer communication to attract more users.

Hulul aims to support SMEs in simplifying their processes and keeping pace with digital transformation through a unified platform. The company boasts a customer base of 35,000 clients, has conducted over a billion messages, serves more than 60 million customers in over 40 countries, and includes more than 20 regional and global partners.

Heba El Awadi, Fawry’s CEO of Business, said, “Fawry works hard to encourage startups and small businesses in various industries by providing them with a new and innovative package of services in the field of payment technology and solutions that help them achieve the desired growth rates, especially with the significant development in the investment climate, entrepreneurship, and startups in Egypt, which contributes to boosting the Egyptian economy.”

Mohamed Nabil, CEO and co-founder of Widebot, added, “We are proud to collaborate with Fawry and work side by side to bring about a comprehensive change in business operations for small, medium, and emerging companies, relying on an innovative mix of the latest financial technology and artificial intelligence tools to offer a unique experience through safe and innovative services and solutions.”
