Since its launch in October 2021, the MORE app has witnessed a threefold increase in downloads and subscriptions, accompanied by a significant rise in visitor numbers. Customer interactions have led to a remarkable 649% increase in website visitors and a threefold increase in screen views.
Among other measurable effects, the app has contributed to a 25% increase in online sales and a 39% rise in new app visits. The average user time spent on the app has increased to four minutes, with interaction sessions rising by 160%.
Emirates NBD’s MORE app provides customers with easy access to a wide range of exclusive offers in areas such as restaurants, entertainment, travel, and online deals.
The app has successfully transformed credit card shopping experiences into a lifestyle. The multi-functional app also features the distinctive “Shop by Amazon” capability, allowing users to earn cashback on purchases and flexible gift cards. Additionally, users can easily book flight tickets directly through the app, with future plans to include hotel reservations and cost-effective experiences.
